1. Privacy Notice 

This Privacy Notice explains how Restorative Rose Ministry (“I” “we”” us”” our” “RRM”) - also known on social media as @rroseministry-accesses, collects, stores, uses, and shares (“processes”) your personal information when you engage with any of our services or platforms. 

We honour the confidentiality of your personal data and the sacred nature of your spiritual disclosures. All processing is carried out under our private religious license and in accordance with applicable data-protected laws. 

1.1 Scope 

This Notice covers personal information processed when you: 

  • Participate in virtual or in-person church ministry offerings, events, sales, or marketing; 

  • Communicate with us by e-mail, phone, text, or other means. 

1.2 Key Principles 

  • **Consent & Transparency** -We collect only the information you choose to share, or that is necessary to provide the requested church ministry service. 

  • **Sacred Confidentiality**- Your spiritual disclosures are treated as sacred and remain confidential except under the limited circumstances outlined in § 4.2 below. 

  • **No Sale of Personal Data** _We do not sell or share your personal information for commercial gain. Some platforms may collect their data separately from RRM. 

  • **Sensitive Data**- information revealing your spiritual beliefs, racial, or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or health/well-being is processed only with your explicit consent or as permitted by law. 

2. Information We Collect 

We may collect: 

  • **Identifiers & Contact Data**-Names, postal, &e-mail addresses, phone numbers, social media handles; 

  • **Usage & Device Data**-IP address, browser type, cookies, and similar analytics; 

  • **Spiritual & Well-being Disclosures **- Information you voluntarily share during your sessions or event participation. 

3. How & Why We Process Data 

We process data to: 

  1. Deliver, schedule, and administer church ministry services 

  1. Communicate with you (e.g., session reminders, policy updates); 

  1. Receive donations and maintain financial records; 

  1. Comply with legal obligations and protect vital interests. 

4. Confidentiality of Spiritual Disclosures 

4.1 Sacred Commitment 

All personal and spiritual information shared in session is held in strict confidence under our private religious license. We store such information in secure, encrypted files accessible only to authorized church ministry personnel. 

4.2 Limits to Confidentiality 

Confidentiality may be broken only when: 

  • There is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others; 

  • We have a legal obligation to report suspected child/elder abuse or a court order compels disclosure; 

  • Anonymous case material is shared in confidential supervision for professional growth. 

5. Cookies & Analytics 

We use basic cookies and Google Analytics to maintain site security and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may then be unavailable. 

6. Social Log-ins 

If you choose to login with X/Twitter, Facebook, or similar platforms, we receive the profile data they share (name, e-mail, profile image). Refer to the provider's own notice to manage that sharing. 

7. Data Retention 

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. 

8. Your Rights 

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Contact info@restorativeroseministry.org to exercise your rights. 

9. Children 

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age. Parent or Guardian may contact us to have a minor’s data removed info@restorativeroseministry.org 

10. Updates 

We will post any changes to this Notice on our website with a new “revised” date. Material changes may also be sent to you directly.

2. Terms & Conditions, Private License & Informed Consent 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legal and binding agreement between you (“member”) and Restorative Rose Ministry and its founder Rev. Dominique-Faith Worthington, Ordained Holistic Interspiritual Practitioner Minister and Spiritual Companion (“Director”) (collectively referred to as “the ministry” or “church ministry”). By scheduling a session, attending, and event making a donation or otherwise engaging with the Ministry you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 

2.1 Nature of Service 

  1. The Ministry offers holistic interspiritual support, companioning, soul centered guidance, sacred listening, and expressive spiritual practices under the protection of religious liberty and association. 

  1. Services are NOT psychotherapy, medical, clinical, peer-support, chiropractic, legal, or any other licensed treatment-protocol care, nor do they claim to prevent, treat, mitigate or prevent conditions. 

  1. The Ministry does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide treatment for physical, psychological, or legal conditions. 

  1. All services are provided under private license within the context of holistic interspiritual ministry. 

2.2 Scheduling & Sessions 

  • Sessions (15, 30, 50-60 minutes) are currently held vis Zoom Teams or via Phone. (Coming soon will be in-person group offerings.) 

  • A minimum of 6 sessions (for companioning) is encouraged but not required. 

  • Cancelation: please provide 24 hrs. notice or the session may be charged in full. 

2.3 Donating & Financial Accessibility 

  • Suggested donations are posted in US $ when you schedule. 

  • If cost is a barrier, we will explore a sliding scale, trade, or donation plan. (please describe your situation and Contact Rev Dominique-Faith at info@restorativeroseministry.org ) 

  • Donations above the suggested rate supports care for those with limited means and sustain the ministry’s  

2.4 Communication 

  • Brief check-ins or encouragement via Signal, WhatsApp or e-mail are welcomed. 

  • For non-urgent matters, please use e-mail. 

  • The Ministry is NOT a crisis service. In emergencies, please contact appropriate emergency or license services. 

2.5 Confidentiality 

  1. Imminent risk of harm to self or others; 

  1. Legal compulsion by court; 

  1. Anonymous discussion in confidential supervision; 

  1. Mandatory reporting of suspected child/elder abuse or suicide risk. 

  1. Session recordings (video or audio) may be made for internal reflection. You may opt out of recording or request a copy by contacting Rev Dominique-Faith info@restorativeroseministry.org  

2.6 Informed Consent &Release of Liability 

By booking or attending any service, you grant a private license to Rev Dominique-Faith Worthington to provide non-clinical holistic interspiritual services, and you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may be ended at any time. 

You further release and hold harmless whatsoever Rev Dominique-Faith Worthington and Restorative Rose Ministry from any and all claims and liabilities arising from the use or misuse of any service, practice, or recommendation offered. 

2.7 Closing our Work (companioning session Only) 

When our companioning concludes, a closing session is recommended to honour our sacred journey and support transition. 

2.8 Intellectual Property 

All contents on our website, publications, platform pages (Facebook/ Instagram/ etc.) and sessions- including text, graphics, and audio- remain the property of Restorative Rose Ministry and/or Rev Dominique-Faith Worthington unless otherwise credited. No portion may be reproduced without permission. 

2.9 Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. 

2.10 Updates 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

Acceptance 

By engaging with Restorative Rose Ministry or Rev Dominique-Faith Worthington, in any capacity, you signify your full understanding and acceptance of the Privacy Notice and the Terms & Conditions above.
